We ship with Deutsche Post/DHL. Deliveries to Germany and the Netherlands are generally free of shipping costs.
Deliveries to the EU and Northern Ireland are free of shipping costs for purchases over 200 euros. Below that we charge a flat rate of 7 euros.
We deliver to the following areas within the specified delivery times from receipt of payment.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the period for delivery begins on the next bank working day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank; in the case of other payment methods, it begins on the day the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period.
